No parcels are sent or delivered on public holidays. We also expect delays at parcel-services like PostNL.
When buying at Euphoria you can count on the following:

Prices including 21% VAT. For deliveries to some countries outside EU, VAT will automatically be excluded from your total order amount according to legislation.
Shipments within The Netherlands
For shipments within The Netherlands most parcels will be delivered the next day if ordered before 17h00 on a business day. Delivery usually takes place on Mondays to Saturdays. Monday delivery is only possible if ordered before 15h00 on a Saturday.
This is just an indication.
International delivery time
Shipments within Europe will usually be delivered in 2 to 5 business days. Worldwide delivery is usually a matter of 1 to 3 weeks. You'll always receive a Track & Trace-code to track the delivery of your parcel. We always do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
With an online purchase you usually have the right to view the product in real life. Within 14 days you can decide that you still want to cancel the purchase, want to exchange or keep the product. It may be that you want to use it. Please inform us as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of receiving the item. Of course, the product must be in the original, undamaged packaging and you may not have used it.
Unfortunately, in our business it is not possible to return all products just like that. This has to do with the exceptions of the right of withdrawal. Sex toys and other intimate products cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase due to hygienic reasons. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more info.
Damaged or incomplete products
Has your product been delivered damaged or incomplete? Then you are of course entitled to a replacement article. Please report this to us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving your parcel.

NOTE: Do not send products back without contacting us first. It is important to know that not all products can be returned to Euphoria. Shipping costs for returns are always at your own expense at exchange and the like. If it concerns damaged or incomplete products, we obviously take care of the shipping costs.
